Some CommandLink instances in some regions had performance impacts that caused timeouts for about 3% of our traffic. The system was able to recover automatically, and steps are being taken to prevent the factors that caused this. No data was lost, and our systems remain secure.

Steps are being taken to enhance the systems capability to handle this scenario in the future.
